LA High School Semester Change
Parents,

Second semester is fast approaching. Students who wish to return to the high school for traditional face-to-face learning are able to do so at the beginning of the second semester.

Tasks must be done administratively for your student to move from virtual or blended to traditional instruction. We need to tackle this BEFORE we leave for Winter Break on December 17th, 2020.

Complete this form ONLY if you are requesting an instructional change. This form will close on December 10th, 2020.

BASIC SCHEDULE CHANGE. If a student wants out of a class (and it is possible to do so) they MUST request this BY December 17th, 2020. NO LATE SCHEDULE CHANGES WILL BE MADE.
