Cell Phone Use in School
Like schools across the state, Nipmuc is taking some steps to limit the negative impact of cell phone use during class time. Although we are believers in the power of technology to support teaching and learning, we also recognize that the impact social media, access to videos, video game playing, and continual notifications can have a negative impact on learning. During class meetings to start the year, we reviewed the new guidelines. You can find the slide with the guidelines and some frequently asked questions about the updated guidelines here.
