Congratulations to the September PTA Students of the Month
PreK Student of the Month
Micah has taken on the role of PreK SuperStar from day one and has continued every day. He is a great listener, a kind friend, and can be counted on to help friends in need. He always has the largest smile and is so friendly to all who meet him.
Kindergarten Student of the Month
Ike is a shining star in Kindergarten! He is a great listener, always follows directions the first time and is a kind friend to all. I can always count on him to help a friend or share a toy! Way to go, Ike! I am so proud of you.
First Grade Student of the Month
Harper is a wonderful role model to her peers in first grade! She leads with a kind heart, and is always trying her best in everything that she does. I am especially proud of how positive Harper is about school. She comes to school everyday with a big smile on her face. Her positive attitude is encouraging to those around her. She is a true ray of sunshine. Harper is a sweet friend who is always lending a helping hand. Keep up the great work, Harper! I know that you will continue to shine bright. I can't wait to see all that you accomplish this year!
Second Grade Student of the Month
Ryden comes to school every day with a great attitude and a smile on his face. In the short time that we have been back, he has shown that he is a role model for his peers. Ryden has shown leadership this week by helping some of our new Kindergarten friends to their rooms, following school-wide expectations, and showing kindness to everyone around him. He participates in classroom activities, assists classmates when they need help, and is constantly seeking ways to go above and beyond in both classwork and in helping me around the room. Ryden- you are a rockstar and I am so proud of you! What a fabulous start to your new school year!
Third Grade Student of the Month
Harper is new to GES this year and has hit the ground running! She is a loving big sister, giving her younger brother a hug each morning before he heads off to Kindergarten. In our class she is regularly on task, engaged, helpful, and always has a positive attitude. She speaks kindly towards others and is an eager learner. I am so proud of Harper for making a smooth transition and starting the year off strong!
Fourth Grade Student of the Month
Lincoln is new to GES this year and from the moment he came into my classroom he has been a joy! He is always willing to help others and stays on task in all his classes. He has a kind, sweet heart and brings a positive attitude to school every day. I am so proud of how strong Lincoln started his 4th grade year and I am SO happy that GES is his home:)
5th Grade Student of the Month
Morgan has an incredible attitude towards school. She tackles every assignment with enthusiasm, and is a great role model. She demonstrates our core ECCHO values through her excellent work, courageous approach to challenges, honorable actions in everything, and optimistic approach to learning new material. Her efforts in learning demonstrate the high standards she holds herself to. The 5th grade team is so excited to kickstart our year with Miss McClure as our Student of the month!
