16 | 4-5 | Grow a Garden w/ Mrs. McGee and Mr. Turner | This enrichment project would enable students to focus on content using critical thinking skills, communication and collaboration and certainly be a project that would be ongoing over an extended period of time. Planning, designing, growing , maintaining and harvesting while working together will be critical in order to make the garden (a real world authentic experience) a success. Most importantly, the garden´s specifics would be selected by students and would provide opportunities for reflection and revision as the growing season continues.
