Parental Release Application
Below is a parental release application that needs to be completed by you and your parent/guardian.  Parental release has been extended for juniors and seniors as part of our 2021-22 COVID opening plan.  Your application must be approved before such privileges are granted.  The MHS will be contacting the parent or guardian of all students requesting parental release to get final appropral.  Should you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to give Mr. Calzi a call at 346-4000, Ext. 1001

To qualify for parental release, a junior or senior must meet the following criteria from the previous and current school year:
-Passed or received credit for all classes
-Have less than 3 discipline referrals

How do I continue to have Senior Release privileges throughout my senior year?
-Remain academically eligible
-Be on time to school
-Attend all assigned classes
-Be a student of positive moral standing in the building

Parental release is a privilege, and may be revoked at any time if a student is not meeting the academic or behavioral expectations of our building.
