Placement is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please indicate your child's first, second, and third choices below.  Please do NOT choose the same class for all three choices. If there is not enough enrollment for a particular club, there is a chance it might not run. In that case, I would give your child their second or third choice. Sometimes the programs also reach the maximum number of students, and in that case we would give your child their second or third choice. We appreciate your cooperation.
