Sowams PTO Directory

This year, the Sowams PTO will be creating a directory, which will be provided as a courtesy for each Sowams family to assist in building child-centered connections and family relationships within our school community.  This directory will also be used by your child’s room parents to help support the teacher and classroom.  

Please fill out the form below for each child attending Sowams by September 16th.  You can decide which information, how much or how little, you would like to have included in the directory.  We aim to have the directories distributed by the end of September.  We ask that this directory information be used for communication only within the school community and not used for solicitation purposes or distributed outside of Sowams.  Thank you for your cooperation.
