Dear Families,
We appreciate your patience and support as we began the year with new learning models and numerous safety protocols for students and staff. As we progress through the year, we understand that you and your child may arrive at a point where you want to change learning models. Please consider the initial four weeks of school as a period of adjustment before requesting a change.

If there are reasons why you need to request a change earlier than that, or we have moved beyond the four weeks, we ask that you complete the form below. It may take the principal up to two weeks to process your request, as schedules and students' seating arrangements may need to be adjusted to ensure appropriate distancing and protocols are in place. Based on the number of requests an individual school receives, please note that class or teacher assignments could be adjusted.

The school principal will work closely with you on the transition to the new learning model. We respectfully request that once a model is selected, the student attempt to remain in the model for four weeks before submitting a new change request.

Please note that if your child is remaining home due COVID Symptoms or is quarantined, you do not need to complete the Learning Model Change Request. The school nurse or secretary will work with you on using the Distance Learning options during that time period.
